I did see the horse show action, but the traffic (equine and automobile) was too crazy to get too close. And unfortunately, my visit was way too brief to attend the events, which I really wanted to do.I’m still waiting for my Belmont tickets, which, if 2004 is any indication, won’t be allocated until after the Preakness, so that people like me will get relegated to crappy seats on the grandstand floor in the event of a possible TC winner.
